To which the publisher has added 4 Persian and Arabic tales, already published elsewhere, including one translated by the orientalist Louis Langlès, and the others taken from the Thousand and One Nights. 8 engraved plates on copperplate after drawings by CLEMENT-PIERRE MARILLIER, by various artists under the direction of Nicolas Ponce. This portrait was originally engraved by Louis-Simon Lempereur for the 1757-1761 edition. SOBER MOROCCO BINDING SIGNED BY LEFEBVRE. Nephew and successor of Jean-Claude Bozérian dit l'Aîné, he practiced until the early 1830s.
