First edition of this innocent tabarinage, a pamphleteer's joke directed against Léon Gambetta. It is illustrated with 24 drawings in the text by Nadar. Edition at 475 copies, this one of the 150 author's copies (n° 391), signed by Nadar on the receipt and enriched with an autograph sending signed by the author in red ink to mon bon et cher I (?) / Nadar / Juillet / 82.
