BOUCHERON Small silver cup 800 thousandths posing on a quadrilobate base with engraved and chiseled decoration of landscapes animated with characters. The foot in the shape of child says karako. Marked on the bottom FIC BOUCHERON PARIS. Marked with a boar's head. Height : 9 cm Weight : 285 g Frederic Boucheron (1830-1902) known as a jeweler, he was also a goldsmith. He collaborated with those he called his "cooperators" whom he associated with his success. Among them Paul LEGRAND, of whom Frederic Boucheron said "all my Japanese goldsmithing is his work".
