Marked : LL interlaced, letter-date Z for 1777, mark of painter Nicolas Bulidon and gilder François Baudouin.

This plate comes from one of three rose and foliage services delivered to the Comte d'Artois in 1777 for use at the Château de Saint-Germain, the Temple and Maison. See David Peters, op. cit. vol III, n° 79-4 pages 599-604.
