Porcelain teacup and saucer with palmette handle, decorated with polychrome garlands of flowers in braids set against a chrome green background decorated with frieze of gold posts and fleurons, gold rosette inside the cup and in the center of the saucer.
Marked: LL interlaced, fleur-de-lis, Sèvres 20 in blue, painter's mark C.D. for Jean-François Chaponet-Denoyers, active at Sèvres from 1789 to 1826, glaze mark in green: 11 7bre 18 and gold mark 10 Jt 21 delle B for Virginie Boullemier.
Restoration period, 1821.

Restored chip on the saucer.
This cup is most probably part of the set of two 45-franc tea cups and saucers with green flowers that entered the sales store on April 7, 1821 (arch. Sèvres, Vv1, f°. 159v-69).
