Rouen An earthenware covered truncated cone-shaped saucepan with blue and red monochrome decoration of lambrequins, garlands of flowers, trellis reserves and foliage scrolls. The lid is in pewter. Marked: 2 in blue. 18th century, circa 1720 H. 20 cm. A chip under the base and chips. Exhibited at the Union centrale des Beaux Arts exhibition at the Palais de L'industrie in 1865 (no. 5030 or 5039). Label from Maison Weinberg, 34 rue de Provence, Paris. Former Jacques Guerlain collection.
