René BUTHAUD (1886 - 1986) "Amphitrite". Gouache and pencil on paper. Signed in pencil lower right. 14.5 x 19 cm (view) History: René Buthaud executed several sketches on the same marine mythological subject. They served as preparatory projects for small ceramic statuettes, as well as for panels in fixé-sous-verre.
