L' EPINE in Paris CIRCA 1780 Louis XVI period flat pocket watch in three shades of gold. Case: round, domed, with landscape decoration in relief (wear) in 18K (750 thousandths) pink, white and yellow gold. Dial: white enamel, hour markers with Roman and Arabic numerals and railway markers, opening for winding, signed L'Epine in Paris. Movement: gilded brass, chased and pierced cock, verge escapement, setting disk, signed on the plate. (Worn and cracked, repolished - Operation not guaranteed). Diameter: 40 mm.
