SWISS WORK CIRCA 1900 Pocket watch in 18K (750 thousandths) yellow gold with monopusher chronograph and quarter repeater. Case: 'bassine' shape, reverse side with applied monograms in relief, gold bowl, slide on case middle to trigger the striking mechanism. Dial: white enamel, Roman numeral hour markers, minute track and 1/5th-second graduation, two counters for small seconds and 30-minute chrono totalizer, gilded 'pear' hands. Movement: mechanical, three-quarter plate, anchor escapement, bimetallic compensated balance wheel and Breguet balance spring in blued steel, two hammers on gong.
