Joris-Karl HUYSMANS. À Rebours. Paris, G. Charpentier, 1884. In-12, brown morocco, triple gilt fillet, ornate 4-nerved spine, interior lace, gilt head, double endpapers, cover and spine (Capelle). Lh., 318 / Vicaire, IV-473 /// (2f.)-294. First edition, of which only 12 large papers (2 Japon and 10 Hollande) were printed. This copy on vellum seems to have been printed on a rather strong paper. A fine copy, despite small tears and losses at the head of a few leaves.
