Copy without the inserts on pages 21, 75 and 207. A copy bound in contemporary style, enriched with an autograph letter signed by Musset to the publisher Urbain Canel concerning the insertion in the Revue de Paris of an excerpt from one of his works. A fine copy, despite very slight rubbing, a few pale freckles and a small marginal loss on one leaf.
