First edition published in Romans, nouvelles et mélanges by Ladvocat, Gide and Ponthieu from 1820 to 1822. Trilby is the sixth and final volume.
Spine and spine ends a little rubbed; freckles, lacking the 3 leaves of the bookseller's advertisement, pale wetness at the foot of the first few leaves.

Set containing for the tales: Trilby and La Fée aux Miettes, as well as various tales in verse and prose; short stories: Souvenirs de jeunesse, Mademoiselle de Marsan, Inez de las Sierras and La Neuvaine de la Chandeleur; and novels: Jean Sbogar, Le Peintre de Salzbourg, Les Méditations du Cloître, Adèle and Thérèse Aubert. Attractive set, uniformly bound by Simier, despite faded spines and a small loss at one head; a few pale freckles.
