CARTEL in Boulle marquetry of red tortoiseshell and brass, engraved with Bérain-style decoration. Richly decorated with chased and gilded bronzes such as cassolettes, mascarons, winged sphinxes, foliage scrolls, garlands of flowers and chimeras. The enameled cartouche dial shows the hours in Roman numerals in a gilt bronze frame with repoussé scroll decoration. Signed Neveu in Paris. Louis XIV style with antique elements. H. 91 cm - W. 45 cm - D. 16 cm Missing.
