Collection of goods:

All wines are stored at CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Lots may be collected by appointment AT LEAST 48 hours IN ADVANCE, Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the following address:

Wines can only be collected once payment has been made and the slip has been cashed in full, and on presentation of the slip with the mention "acquittée".

Bottles must be inspected on site at the time of collection.

No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage area.

SELLING EXPENSES: 30% INCL. TAX. (25% EX VAT +20% VAT)

In addition to the auction house fees, you will be charged :

- 12 euros (excl. VAT) per sales slip for administration costs.

Bottle storage is free up to the 31st day after the sale.

- After the 31st day, storage costsof €10 (incl. VAT) per lot per month will be billed directly to you by SAS Artlys Patrimoine. Bottles can only be removed after payment of any storage fees. Any month started is due.
