Late 18th century, early 19th century. H. 15.5 cm - L. 34.5 cm - W. 20 cm In 1789, Englishman Christophe Potter set up his factory on rue de Crussol under the name of Manufacture du Prince de Galles. In 1792, Etienne Louis Blancheron took over management of the factory when Potter bought the Chantilly porcelain factory (Régine de Plinval de Guillebon, Faïence et Porcelaine à Paris, 1995, p. 180.
