Gustave VIOLET (1873 - 1952)
Ceramic vase with shouldered ovoid body and conical neck on annular heel. Red-brown enameled fallow deer in light-blue medallions circled in yellow on a background of stylized blue, yellow and black foliage on the outside. White enamel on the inside (small chip and firing crack under the foot).
Church stamp (for Sant-Marti) and marked AVE on the reverse.
