NEVERS Earthenware plate with contoured rim, polychrome patriotic decoration with the three orders united: in the center an open cage suspended by a knot of blue ribbon, crossed from the crosier the spade and sword united by a knot of green ribbon and the inscription "W la liberté 1791". W" in Nevers means "Vive". The open cage symbolizes the liberation of the people of France. Late 18th century, revolutionary period. D. 23 cm Chips and chips.
