Paris, Garnier, 1850. 2 volumes in-4, black percaline decorated with gilded motifs on boards and spines with cold embossed frames (publisher's binding). Vicaire, II-157 /// I. (2f.)-744 / II. (2f.)-758. Translation and presentation by Louis Viardot. New edition of the two frontispieces and the woodcut vignettes in the text by Tony Johannot. Very freshly bound, but with numerous brown spots.
