In-8, Lavallière morocco decorated with a large mosaic frame in brown, orange, pink and three shades of green morocco representing apple tree branches bearing leaves and fruit, 4 ribbed spine decorated with the same mosaic branch, midnight blue morocco lining entirely mosaic with branches, flowers, leaves and scrolls, brown silk endpapers, double endpapers, gilt edges on witnesses, cover and spine, slipcase (Ch. Meunier, 1907 (?)). Monod, II-7180 /// XII-148-(2f.). 47 sketches drawn and engraved on copper and wood in the text by Auguste Lepère. Limited edition of 140 copies on Arches vellum (no. 107). A very fine copy in a mosaic binding by Charles Meunier.
