Paris, Strasbourg et Londres, Treuttel et Wurtz, 1817. 2 volumes in-8, long-grained green morocco, framed with gilt filets and cold roulette, with crowned numeral P.D. in the center of the first plates, smooth spines decorated throughout with gilt filets, fleurons and scrolls, gilt edges (Period binding). I. X-530 / II. (2f.)-452. Illustrated with 15 plates (13 in sepia wash), 2 folding tables and 13 vignettes in the text. A fine copy with the crowned cipher of Prince Anatole Demidoff, bearing the stamp of his library in San Donato on the mastheads. Slight rubbing to spines and snags to headpieces.
