COLLECTION OF MEDALLIONS, BAS RELIEFS AND BOXES INCLUDING : BAS-RELIEF in tinted plaster in the Wedgwood style, decorated with a Bacchic scene of an abduction, glued on a wooden plate covered with brown velvet. 19th century ? 20th century ? H. 15 cm - L. 29.5 cm (plaque) Marks. TWO plaster MEDAILLONS: -one with the effigy of Napoleon Bonaparte in profile, the laurel wreath enhanced by a gilded leaf. - the other hexagonal in the Wedgwood style, depicting a battle scene and inscribed 1812. 19th century D. 19.5 cm H. 21 cm - W. 21 cm Chips and missing parts. A terracotta MEDALLON featuring a female bust in profile in low relief, set in a gilded metal medallion. Marked: Madame Ballis on reverse. 19th century D. 13 cm Broken and glued back together. Rectangular paperweight in hard stone carved in low relief with a profile of Caesar crowned with gold highlights and set in a blackened and carved wooden base. H. 4.5 cm - L. 15 cm - W. 10 cm Limoges Porcelain boxes decorated with a profile imitating a cameo on a blue background, signed lower right CT Limoges. Mark: Limoges France in green and CT MARAUD in blue. D. 13 cm - H. 7 cm SET of souvenir or jewelry boxes in veneered wood, lacquer and hammered metal.
